How we work
How we find the fault and fix it
Step 1: Scan
We connect the diagnostic software and read the active and stored codes from the modules.
Step 2: Verify the fault live
We check the behavior with the truck running. The code points us in a direction; the live test confirms what's wrong.
Step 3: Repair
We look for the cause of the fault before we repair, not just the symptom that shows it.
Step 4: Test
We test the truck to confirm the fault is gone, and we tell you what the test showed.
Between the live check and the repair we send you the quote. Nothing gets repaired without your go-ahead.

Robich Electrotruck Solution is a shop built around the electrical and electronic side of heavy trucks. We do that one part.
The owner handles the job himself. You talk to the person who diagnoses your truck and stands behind the warranty. No middleman, no getting handed off.
The warranty is limited. If something covered isn't right, bring the truck back within that period.

What to know before a repair
What's wrong with my truck and what will it take to fix it?
We find out with a scan and a live check, before we touch anything. Once we have the diagnosis, we tell you the fault, the parts needed and the estimated time.
How do you confirm the fault is fixed?
After the repair we test the truck and check that the fault doesn't come back. We don't hand a job back without that test.
How much does it cost?
Quote on request. Every truck and every fault is different, so we quote off the diagnosis and confirm the price before any work starts.
Do you come to me?
Yes. We work out of the shop and we run road service in the Kissimmee, Florida area. We confirm availability when we quote.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
A limited warranty of 30 to 90 days, depending on the type of work. We tell you which one applies when we hand the truck back.
What are your hours?
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturdays until 2:00 p.m.
